In late 1920s and early 1930s, a group of natives from the island of Zakynthos, Greece formed a social group as a way to establish friendship and business networks in a foreign land.  On October 3, 1935, the group formerly established itself as a corporation, eventually molding in the non-profit corporation it is today.  Throughout the years, the organization has aimed to promote Greece, Zakynthos, and Zakynthian culture.

Today, primarily located in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have over 100 members.  We generally hold one large fundraiser each year: an annual dinner dance that typically has 300+ people in attendance!
